Corn is also known as maize, it is easy to store for Native Americans. The corn was use to make corn meal by grounding the corn to make a powdery form. The powdery corn can be use for corn syrup, cornbread, corn flour, and cornmeal. As you can see below there are three photos that are self explanatory. Picture (A.) is corn from the cob, picture (B.) show the corn on the grinding stone, picture (C.) show the after picture of the first photo. Picture (D.) and (E.) gives you an idea of how corn is used as food. (D.) is tamale and (E.) is corn tortilla.
